Since 1999 Stonestreet Heaven has brought together Stonestreet researchers, family members and those that might have a distant link with the Stonestreet family together. We all have a common goal, to find our roots in history so please if you have something that may help contact me .

The information contained on this site has been supplied by a large number of people, please if you are going to use this information first can I ask you to ask and secondly to make your own checks to confirm what is contained here is correct.

A bit about me: I was born in East Sussex England in 1964 I now live in West Sussex. My branch of the family has always lived in Sussex slowly moving over the centuries from the very East of the County towards the West, so I guess I'm continuing that trend. My line has a long history of working the land and again maybe I'm continuing that trend by enjoying my garden whenever possible. As for the Stonestreet family in general, many of you will know Sussex is one of the few original homes of the Stonestreet family and the earliest record that I have found so far dates back to 1565 (if you know of an earlier date please let me know). I have always been interested in my family history, until recently I have done little research but that is now being put right. I hope you find this site useful and enjoyable as well as inspiring. Take a few minutes to write down what you know about your family and make sure its not lost for future generations.
